K-Tip & Beaded Row Look & Learn
A 1 day, immersive education experience for stylists
One full day with Christine and Alex — two live models, two full installs, and a camera capturing the close-up details and casting them live so every person in the room can actually see what's happening. Alex will be installing bonds. Christine will be installing a beaded row. You'll watch both from start to finish with an up-close look into the parts of the process that are usually impossible to see from a seat in the room.

Throughout the day you can ask us about anything — the techniques you're watching, how to build a k-tip clientele, how we approach content creation, what our businesses actually look like behind the scenes, how we got into education. Christine Woods
MTAM founder, obsessed with the why behind every decision and even more obsessed with teaching it. She'll be showing you all her best tips and tricks that make her rows seamless, comfortable, and safe for the scalp.
Alex Denaro
Resident MTAM educator. Known for ultra-secure, ultra-discreet baby bonds and installs that take a fraction of the time most stylists spend. He'll show you how to install a full head of k-tips in record time.

Will I actually be able to see what's happening?
Yes — this is something we thought a lot about when planning this class! We're filming the work up close and casting that feed live so the whole room can follow along in real time. The details that usually get missed in a look and learn setting are exactly what we're making sure you can see.
Is this hands-on?
No — this is a look and learn, so you'll be observing rather than working on models yourself. If you're looking for hands-on time, our Bond Making Bootcamp and Install Intensive are built for that. This class is about watching two full installs with complete visibility and having the space to ask every question you've got.
What skill level is this for?
All levels! Whether you're newer to extensions and want to see the process in person, or you're experienced and want to watch how we think through decisions in real time, there's something here for you. The open Q&A format means we can take the conversation in whatever direction is most useful for where you are.
What can I actually ask about?
Anything! Technique, client consultations, pricing, business structure, how we market ourselves, content creation, how we got into education, what we'd do differently if we were starting over. We mean it when we say we don't gatekeep. If it's relevant to your growth as a stylist or a business owner, ask it.
What's the difference between the $800 ticket and the $1,850 bundle?
The $800 ticket is access to this one class. The $1,850 bundle includes the class plus a full year of MTAM membership, which on its own is normally $1,250.
If you've been curious about MTAM or have been thinking about joining, the bundle is the better value by a significant margin.

Will the class be recorded?
This is a live, in-person experience and is not being recorded for replay. If you can't make it, keep an eye out — we'll be announcing more classes and events throughout the year.
